Antico Podere San Francesco among olive trees and vineyards not far from the sea

In the Etruscan Riviera, just 4 km from the sea and in a strategic position, the Antico Podere San Francesco is immersed in the tranquillity of a three-hectare park with olive trees, vineyards and various fruit trees.

Consisting of 33 apartments located in three independent structures and divided between design apartments and rustic Tuscan-style apartments. Built-in typical Tuscan style with beams, rafters and bricks, wrought iron bed or modern furnishings. Each apartment has a private gazebo equipped with a table and chairs, where it is possible to spend pleasant and relaxing evenings.

The car is also recommended to visit the main Tuscan tourist destinations such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and the famous small villages such as Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci.

The apartments offer: - hall/reception - heated swimming pool (up to 28° in low season) - two outdoor barbecues - wi-fi throughout the building- bicycle rental and play area - parking with private parking space for each apartment - Honesty Bar, for delicious snacks, cold dishes, flatbreads and filled sandwiches, soft drinks, beers, hot coffee shop. It also offers breakfast service (bookable in advance or directly in place)

The apartments are welcoming and well furnished, divided between design apartments and rustic Tuscan style apartments and are equipped with: - air conditioning and independent heating - satellite TV - safe - hairdryer- private gazebo equipped with table and chairs

Your four-legged friends are welcome (max weight 30 Kg and 1 per apartment) a supplement of €10 per day is required for final cleaning

- first supply of bed linen/bathroom and final cleaning (kitchenette by the customer)
