We are in the heart of the Costa Degli Etruschi, where you can breathe the air of the sea, the countryside and history. This is the Maremma countryside, that of butteri and rolling hills. It is in this context that Le Corti di Montepitti finds its ideal habitat, immersed in the greenery of the typical Mediterranean scrub.

It is located a stone's throw from the characteristic village of Suvereto, an ancient medieval jewel called one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, rich in history and culture. A short distance away we find one of the most beautiful beaches on the Tuscan coast with free beaches and bathing establishments for those who decide to spend a day at the beach .

No boredom, numerous services and many activities included in the rates organized by the Staff who are always attentive to understanding your needs:

- two swimming pools one for adults and the other for younger guests

The apartments in the Courts are in typical poor Tuscan style, the simple materials such as wood and terracotta blend perfectly into the context of the structure. Simple apartments but equipped with the main comforts:

- hair dryer
- many with safe and satellite TV
- garden or covered patio if on the ground floor
- large balcony if on the first floor

Zero thoughts on your arrival in the rates you will find included:
- consumption of electricity, water and gas
- bed linen and initial bathroom

- mini club and junior club active from around the beginning of July to the beginning of September

A small supplement is required for your four-legged friends, € 10 per day or € 15.00 per day in an apartment with an enclosed garden (on request based on availability)

COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
Tourist tax € 1.50 per person up to a maximum of 10 days, children up to 15 years old are excluded (2021)
Deposit (mandatory) € 100.00 per apartment + € 10.00 for the access chip.

FURTHER OPTIONAL SERVICES ON REQUEST:
- Air conditioning: €14 per day in a two-room apartment and €19 a day in a three-room apartment
- Extra deposit for pets € 100.00.
- Cot € 35.00 per week (bed linen included) - No supplement per cot brought by the customer - max 1 per apartment
- Midweek towel change: € 4.00/person
- Complete midweek linen change (double kit): € 14.00 - Complete midweek linen change (single kit): € 8.00 - Tennis court € 12.00/hour.
