Description
We are located in the centre of the Etruscan Coast, in a strategic position both for excursions and for visiting the most beautiful cities in Tuscany but also for going to the sea and the beautiful beaches of the locality.
San Vincenzo is a lively, brilliant town, sparkling like the waves of its sea. This small seaside village awakens in the summer and its inhabitants integrate perfectly with the tourists who over the years have learned to love this place which offers a fun but also relaxing holiday, with the possibility of excursions in the nearby medieval villages, flagship of Tuscany, where you can also take food and wine tours in renowned wine cellars.
The San Vincenzo Residences are located between 450 and 600 meters from the sea, a few meters from the town centre, and are located in several buildings surrounded by large green spaces. We will find:
- Standard apartments located in the Le Dimore building on the ground floor.
- Comfort apartments located in the Le Dimore building on the ground floor or the 1st/2nd and 3rd floor in the Mirto and Corbezzolo buildings.
- Superior apartments renovated in colours and furnishings located in the Le Dimore building on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors with lift.
Services available:
- two swimming pools located in the park, one for adults and one for younger guests, open from mid-June to around the end of September for Comfort typology customers.
- two rooftop swimming pools, open from mid-May to approximately the end of September
All are equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas subject to availability for customers of the Standard and Superior types.
The pedestrian underpass that reaches the long sandy beach is very convenient, free or private for a fee, bordered by a beautiful pine forest for those looking for a little shade and rest.
For a holiday in complete freedom, we recommend bringing your car with you, overall, no problem with parking spaces, it has a private car park (unguarded) or garage for a fee on request.
A few thoughts upon your arrival, included in the rates:

- in the apartment TV, washing machine only in Comfort apartments, fridge with freezer, electric hobs, microwave or electric oven

Four-legged friends are welcome, a supplement of €10 per day is required, maximum of two small and medium-sized pets are allowed per apartment.
COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:
- Deposit: € 100 per apartment for a minimum stay of 5 nights
- Tourist tax: € 1 per person up to 14 days from 12 years.
Additional optional services on request to be paid locally:
- Midweek towel change € 5 per person
- Complete change of linen midweek: double kit € 20, single kit € 10.
- Animals: € 10 per day per animal (max 2 per apartment)
- Cot: € 5 per day (linen included) free if brought by the customer.
- High chair: € 5 per day (max 1 per apartment).
- For arrivals after h 20:00 up to June 15 supplement of € 50.
