Il Boschetto Casa Vacanze, surrounded by greenery, is located just 100 meters from the beach and a few minutes walk from all the amenities in the centre of San Vincenzo. It has only 7 real estate units: studios, two-room apartments and a three-room apartment, located on the ground floor with a porch and garden and on the upper floors with a large terrace also equipped for outdoor dining.

The apartments are equipped with:

Shared garden with two barbecues, a comfortable hot shower and the possibility of storing bicycles. At 100 meters large public parking.

We like it because included in the fees:

Pets are not allowed

Costs to be paid locally:
- tourist tax, according to the directives of the municipality of San Vincenzo, must be paid on-site.
- € 200 deposit per apartment, returnable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment.

Additional optional services on request to be paid locally:
- cot 0/2.99 years € 5 per day (free if brought by the customer)
- extra bed and bath linen, on request, € 10 per person per change
