Located on one of the most beautiful hills of the Val di Cornia, Residence I Piastroni was built in 2007, located in the delightful village of Monteverdi Marittimo, in the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside.

Close to the most beautiful Tuscan cities of art and just 30 minutes from the beaches of the Etruscan Coast, the Residence consists of apartments equipped with every comfort, well furnished in the typical Tuscan style, surrounded by greenery.
It is equipped with:
- Swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and sunbeds, available to guests of the residence
- Unattended internal parking.
- Spa Wellness with thermal pool and the possibility of treatments and massages (entrance fee €27 for the whole day, €20 for half a day, access allowed from 14 years old)
- Restaurant with own production from pasta to desserts

The elegant and functional apartments, well furnished in Tuscan style, are equipped with:

- oven and dishwasher (in the two-room and three-room apartments)
- air conditioning only in Studio 2

Four-legged friends are welcome, a supplement of €15 per day is required max 15 kg allowed (no common areas)
