Arranged on the ground floor, it is composed of a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, bathroom with a shower.

Excellent starting point for various excursions to nearby towns such as Bolgheri, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Siena and Florence and ideal for lovers of walking, trekking and mountain biking.

COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
- Deposit: € 200 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. €50 will be charged for the waste transfer if not made by the customer.
