Stella Marina Residence

Just a few meters from the beautiful sandy beach, right on the seafront of Marina di Cecina, stands the Stella Marina Residence complex. In the immediate vicinity, there's a splendid biogenetic pine forest, ideal for long walks or bike rides and a relaxing spot-on hot summer days. Within a few meters, you'll find main services, and about 3 km away, there's a dog-friendly free beach called "Bau Beach" in Marina di Cecina, as well as a water park, go-kart track, and horse-riding center.

Crossing the street, opposite the structure, you'll find the modern "Stella Beach" (open from 11/05 to 29/09) with a pool equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas (free to use), a restaurant/bar, and a private bathing establishment (available on request for a fee).

The residence, strategically located just 20 meters from the sea, features:
- reception office (located in the adjacent building)
- restaurant and bar (located in the adjacent building)
- TV room with Sky TV (located in the adjacent building)
- parking space upon request at the time of booking for a fee (subject to availability)
- free Wi-Fi
- at Stella Beach (open from 11/05 to 29/09), an equipped pool for free use and a bathing establishment available on request for a fee

The apartments, all studio flats for 2/4 people, are located in a building on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors without an elevator. Furnished in a simple and functional manner, they are equipped with:
- TV
- telephone
- air conditioning
- safe
- small balcony equipped with a table and chairs
- fridge with a small freezer
- kitchenette with gas burners
- bathroom with shower

Apartments not suitable for disabled individuals.

We like it because, included in the rates:
- electricity/water and gas consumption, bed linen and towels with weekly change, air conditioning/heating, TV, final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette, which is the customer's responsibility; otherwise, €30 will be charged).

Our four-legged friends are welcome and can stay upon request for an additional fee of €5 per day for end-of-stay cleaning.

Mandatory costs to be paid on-site:
- tourist tax according to local regulations
- €100 deposit for accommodation (to be paid at check-in, refundable at the end of the stay)

Optional costs available upon request and payable on-site:
- pets €5 per day
- parking space (upon request, subject to availability) €10 per day
- camping cot €5 per day
- "Stella Beach" bathing service €15 per day per person for 1 umbrella, 1 sunbed, and 1 deck chair per accommodation, children 0/2 years old are free, children 3/13 years old receive a 50% discount.
