Casa Anna

We are in the heart of Versilia, behind us the Apuan Alps, a short distance from the most beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast. Casa Anna stands in an excellent hilly position, surrounded by the contrasting but harmonious colours of the mountains, nature and the sea.

Two large apartments, many well-kept and well-furnished, sharing a large garden and swimming pool with salt water, equipped with deck chairs, hammocks and sunbeds, outdoor furniture with a dedicated solarium area for having meals even outdoors.

Casa Anna is equipped with:
- wi fi available inside the apartments
- swimming pool (5 m x 8 m) with salt water equipped with hammocks and sunbeds
- shower and bathroom outside
- reserved private parking
- enclosed garden
- barbecue
- pergola with table and chairs
- ping pong table

A three-room and a four-room apartment, spacious and well furnished, on two levels, with independent entrance, surrounded by a large garden, are equipped with:
- satellite TV
- oven
- column fridge
- 4 gas burners
- microwave
- mocha for coffee
- coffee/tea machine
- toaster
- washing machine
- a large bathroom with shower, tub and hairdryer in the four-room apartment
- two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer in the three-room apartment

Your four-legged friends (max 10 kg) are welcome with a small supplement for cleaning the apartment

COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:
- deposit € 300 returnable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment.
- tourist tax according to communications from the municipality of Camaiore

Additional optional services on request to be paid locally:
- change of bed linen and towels € 10 per person
- animals (10 kg max - on request) € 50 per stay
