Description
We are 300 meters from the sea and the beach, in Marina di Bibbona, a well-known seaside resort bordering on a marvellous centuries-old pine forest. A few meters from the town centre is the Residence Habitat, a modern and comfortable structure.
The coast is characterized by wide beaches of fine sand, ideal for those who want to take the family to the sea. Guests arriving at Residence Habitat have the feeling of being at home, in a relaxing atmosphere, a holiday to be enjoyed in complete freedom with family or friends.
In the residence, there are:
- coin-operated washing machine, including soap (to be booked and paid for locally at reception)
- reception inside the "H" Shopping Center where there is a rotisserie, also with take away service and various food shops, tobacconist, ATM service etc.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in the common areas but not in the apartment
- two shared swimming pools free of charge for guests of the residence from 10 June to 09 September from 9.30-13.30 and 15.30-19.30 (the use of swimming caps is mandatory, not available at reception)
- lift not present in the structure
- bicycle rack storage and some trolleys for the transport of suitcases available to customers
Functional apartments furnished in a comfortable way with the living/dining area with kitchenette separated from the terrace by a large sliding glass door and the same is equipped with outdoor chairs and table, those located on the ground floor instead of of the terrace have a veranda which leads to a private area of lawn bordered on the sides by two hedges (the third side is open and overlooks the shared lawn).
They are equipped with:
- TV in the living area
- refrigerator
- coffee machine
- safe inside the wardrobe
- clothesline inside each apartment
- do not forget to pack, if interested, a hairdryer, iron, toilet paper, kitchen linen
Although the apartments on the ground floor are accessible within them by a disabled person in a wheelchair, the toilets do not comply with the safety regulations for the disabled.
Small pets allowed, payment for extra cleaning.
COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
- Deposit: €150 per apartment.
- Tourist tax: € 1 per person up to 30 days from 14 years
Additional optional services on request to be paid locally:
- Bed linen and bath towels: €15 per person per change
- Pets: small pets allowed €50 per stay
- Cot with sides: € 20 per week (no supplement per cot brought by the client - max 1 per apartment).
